Franklin would thrive as the only dog, with no young children and lots of patience, attention and exercise. He sometimes gets scared and needs a safe environment where his needs are proactively met and his scare triggers are avoided. He is very bright and affectionate but may take a little time to learn to trust his new owner and feel safe in his new home. Interaction with other dogs needs to be properly managed.     Meet Reeseycup! Reese is a senior who needs lots of TLC. Reese was a rescue dog that we took in at the age of 3, according to the foster parents. The vet guessed him to be around 10 years old now. He was my sons dog, but due to unfortunate circumstances, he cannot afford to take care of him anymore. Reeseycup used to be great around all dogs and children but has become impatient and irritable with them in his old age. He needs a home with no children. We have 3 other dogs that live in the same home and he gets along great with them but I honestly can't say how he would do around other animals. I just want him to go to a good, loving, home. He ... (Read More)loves attention and cuddling. To the right person, he'd be a best friend (Less)

Loving companion and she listens well. Housebroken and enjoys her crate which is available to you. She has a stuffed animal toy she is fond of and enjoys biscuits as a reward for going potty and caging up. She loves car rides and is extremely well behaved, sitting still in front seat sightseeing. She yearns for attention and rarely barks. I'm moving and I can't keep her. Please call asap.

PIease Read Before Adopting a Boxer in Maryland
Boxer Dogs can make good pets in Maryland if they match your IifestyIe. Boxer dogs are energetic, playful and intelligent animals, they like to clown around a lot and will keep you laughing. Boxers learn new things quickly, and, at the same time, can be clever and stubborn. Boxer dogs bond well with a family, are very affectionate and get along well with children. Boxers need a lot of exercise, and will be well-behaved as long as they are taken on long walks every day. If kept confined without a lot of exercise, however, boxer dogs can become destructive. Boxers require lots of human companionship and should never be left alone for long periods of time.

lnteresting Boxer Trivia Low-Cost Maryland Spay & Neuter Clinics
The name boxer originates from the fact that boxer dogs look like they are actually boxing when they play using their front paws. Boxers were first introduced at a dog show in Munich, Germany in 1895. Boxer dogs are the sixth most popular breed in the United States. Approximately 1 in 5 boxers are born white, and almost 20% of white boxers are deaf.
