He's very gentle taking even the smallest treat from your fingers. He'll also catch treats mid-air, one after another. Jerry LOVES to swim in pools or lakes. He also loves to play ball. Jerry was originally adopted from a shelter in Wisconsin. He had been a cruelty case after someone beat him ... (Read More)with a metal pole. He has a scar on his leg and doesn't appreciate being cornered. But, he is full of tail wags and kisses even with new people when he meets them. This girl loves to go on walks, jogs and car rides, knows the command sit, and crate-trained. She gets along with other dogs and people of all ages. When you feed them, they switch bowls in the middle and complete each other's meal '| it's really cute. Daisy and Feena were dropped off at Chicago Animal Care and Control by their family when they could no longer keep them. PIease Read Before Adopting a Boxer in Illinois
Boxer Dogs can make good pets in Illinois if they match your IifestyIe. Boxer dogs are energetic, playful and intelligent animals, they like to clown around a lot and will keep you laughing. Boxers learn new things quickly, and, at the same time, can be clever and stubborn. Boxer dogs bond well with a family, are very affectionate and get along well with children. Boxers need a lot of exercise, and will be well-behaved as long as they are taken on long walks every day. If kept confined without a lot of exercise, however, boxer dogs can become destructive. Boxers require lots of human companionship and should never be left alone for long periods of time.

lnteresting Boxer Trivia Low-Cost Illinois Spay & Neuter Clinics
The name boxer originates from the fact that boxer dogs look like they are actually boxing when they play using their front paws. The boxer was originally bred from the English Bulldog and the now extinct Bullenbeisser. Boxer dogs are the sixth most popular breed in the United States. Approximately 1 in 5 boxers are born white, and almost 20% of white boxers are deaf.
